Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. Once you have checked in, your reservation is non-refundable.

14 days notice is required for Groups (4+ Rooms) and Long-stay (4+ Nights) bookings. In the event of a late cancellation, 25% of accommodation tariff will be charged.

48 hours notice required in the case of Covid. Notice within 48 hours of the booking, will be postponed to a future date. Confirmation will be sent through email.

Thank you for choosing to stay at ASURE Rotorua International Motor Inn. We are committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your booking.

Check-in and Check-out:
Our reception office is open from 8:30am to 8pm. If you are unable to check in during these hours, self check-in/out options are available. Please contact us in advance for the self check in/out service.
Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am.

Children:
Children of any age are welcome at our motel. However, children aged 16 years and above are considered adults at this property. To see the correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children and their ages to your search.

Age Restriction:
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

Security Deposit:
We require a security bond of $100 on arrival. This will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed at our motel.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas of our motel. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in their rooms.

Lost Keys:
A fee of $20 will be charged for each lost or unreturned room key.

Damages:
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the room or property during their stay. The cost of damages will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Quiet Hours:
We request that all guests respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.
